A compact version of our lender matcher. Visitors enter a credit score, down payment or LTV, loan amount and state, and see which of 26 STR DSCR lenders qualify, may qualify, or are ruled out by their published terms. Results scroll inside the frame.

Usage terms

  • Free with attribution. Keep the "Data: STR Lender Watch" link inside the widget and the text link under the iframe. Don't hide, crop or restyle the attribution.
  • The rate index is an estimate, not a quote. It is the 10-year Treasury plus the HMDA middle-half spread. It is not an offer or any lender's rate. See the methodology.
  • The matcher is not an approval. It compares a deal with each lender's published terms. A figure a lender doesn't publish is never counted as a pass or a fail.
  • The widgets are not indexed by search engines and load no analytics or tracking scripts. Don't present them as your own data or as lending advice.
